We're launching!

Today is launch day! I’ve been putting it off and off because I’ve been so busy with the littles but I figure what day is a better day to launch than Mother’s Day!
Firstly, Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers, mothers-to-be, grandmothers, great grandmothers, foster mothers, surrogate mothers, mothers of angels, mother figures, mums of animals and anyone else that considers themselves a mother. I hope you are spoiled rotten and have a wonderful day!
I’ve been spending the day with my gorgeous girlies and feel so lucky to be their mum, today and everyday. They truly are my inspiration and I love them so much!
This site has been on my mind for quite a long time now. I wanted somewhere to document my journey with my daughters as they grow up whilst sharing what we do so that it might inspire ideas for other people too. I will also cover other questions and information I have come across whilst being pregnant and during my time as a parent so far.
There have been a lot of late nights building the site but it’s finally at a point that I feel ready to put it out there. As with most sites this one is adapting and developing all the time. Please let me know if you come across any bugs or issues or if there are features you want to see, I’d love to have your feedback.
I hope you find the site helpful and supportive. I have a few features you might notice to make things easier for you busy parents out there!
Each post has an estimate in minutes of how long it will take you to read it. Of course this is based on an average reading speed and is just meant to be used as a guide
On the articles there is a progress bar at the top of the page. As you scroll it will expand across the screen so you know how much of the article you have left
For those visiting in low light environments there is a moon/star icon in the header that will toggle the night mode. The background will be dark and the text light to save your eyes and make it a little easier to read
If you’d like to be kept up to date with new articles you can subscribe to the newsletter. Emails will be sent infrequently and you can unsubscribe at any time.
